Here's some more pictures from when Bayleigh was a baby. There will be MANY posts similar to these over a long period of time. Enjoy! I know I sure do!
11.25.04 Her First Thanksgiving Day
It's hard to remember her being so small. This was one of two premie outfits we had for her. She wore them OUT!
awwwww!
11.29.04 Her First Bath! That embilical cord took forever to fall off! The second it did we broke out the baby bath!
I LOVE THIS!
11.30.04, Hanging her first ornament on the tree...our ghetto white stranded lights! LOL!
12.1.04 Meeting Santa at the Greenwood Park Mall!
Yip! I'll be in trouble for this one one day!
12.7.04, Meeting Santa with Max. We had our first family pictures done with Eric, Rachel, Max, Chuck, Cruz, Katie, and Harley for Tony's Christmas gift!
Her first little dress she could wear. It was a shower gift from a girl I graduated with named Amy Oliver.
Friday, January 11th, 2013, Bayleigh got her report card for the first semester. I forgot to blog the report card for the first 9 weeks, so I'll include the letter grades for that now too, but I don't have the percentage on that.
We feel like Bayleigh's teacher doesn't really care for her this year. I think it's just the teacher. I think she considers me "that" mom, which I try really hard not to be. I just want to be involved and hands on. We've always gotten along with Bayleigh's teachers but this year, we are just ready to move on to the next...hate feeling that way when we are only half done. Oh well.

So, I've been told that after some time, discs that you have pictures saved on go bad. I've decided to take the time to pull up our discs and save the pictures to my blog, my favs, and upload the videos to YouTube so that I always have them. It is fun to look back on the photos as well. If I had been a blogger from the start then this task would already be done. :) So, here we go!
This was October 9th, 2004, over a month before Bayleigh arrived and pretty near when I should have had her. She was at least 4-6 weeks late, per the doctor! I knew I should have had her around this time too, but she kept measuring so small.
Hurting SO bad from the C-Section! I was on a demerol pain pump where I pushed a button for pain meds, but my vein blew out and I was getting NO pain medicine right after surgery. It felt like a blow torch was being held to my belly.
This was the first time I got to Hold, Hold her. Notice the time is 9:53. I had her at 5:45 AM. I got to hold her from the surgery room to my room and then they took her to the nursery because her temperature dropped. This was when they FINALLY brought her back in.
Check out that Nokia Cell phone on the table!
Larry was EXHAUSTED!
Waiting for mommy to be released from the hospital 11.16.04. Bayleigh was released earlier in the day, but I had to wait several hours more.
One of my first favorite pictures!
LOVE!
Grammy, Bayleigh, Aunt Theresa and Cousin Angel from FL.
I was a bit obessed with her cry. I absolutely LOVED it! I think because we didn't know she was coming until so late, her cry made her more "real", if that makes sense.
Well, I am a 31 year old wife and mother of 1. I have been with my husband since 1997 and we were married in 2001. Yes, I was only 19, and yes that means I have been with him since I was 15. :) On November 14, 2004, God blessed us with our amazing Bayleigh LizMarie and she is the light of our lives.
This is what our hearts look like walking outside of our bodies!
Larry the Dad!
Here is the rock of our family. He holds us together. He keeps me grounded. He is the BEST father to our wonderful daughter. He is quiet, loving, funny, serious, caring, giving, hardworking, VERY HARDWORKING, we love him so much! He is the BEST husband to me and we are so very thankful each and everyday to have him in our lives. What a blessing!
Jennifer The Mom!
Hi! I'm Jennifer! I'm the mom of this whole operation. My family is my life. My husband and my daughter are my two best friends. I consider myself funny--even though my husband says I'm not. :) You might believe him on that one. I love my life. I am still trying to figure out what my purpose is, but for right now...It's being a mom and wife. I am loving. I am caring. I am giving. I am a taker too. :) I am very blunt and don't use my words well. I do try to not hurt other people and I try to keep in mind that I have to keep what I say in check because sometimes it comes out all wrong. I am a talker. A big time talker and I use a lot of words to get to the point I am trying to make. I love my friends. I consider them family and I believe my friends are most certainly the best of the best. I hope you enjoy reading our blog. I am the author because my husband is not tech savy at all. :) Enjoy!
