First Shave

Bayleigh has been really insecure about the hair on her legs and asked me a while ago if she could shave. I told her no! She's only in the 3rd grade! Today, it was supposed to be mid 80's and she refused to wear shorts because of her legs. I had the morning off so I decided to go to town and get her a bladeless shaving kit. In 3 minutes, we de haired her legs with the only side effect being it was itchy! Here she is putting lotion on!

Third Grade Yearbook Photo

We also had parent/teacher conferences last night. Bayleigh is doing well. In just two months time, she started 3rd grade testing at a 4th grade level after 4 months of 4th grade--after two months, she has jumped an entire grade level and is at a 5th grade level after 4 months of 5th grade! Very proud!

3rd grade music program

Last night, 10.1.13, Bayleigh's 3rd grade class had their music program. It was very cute and Bayleigh looked so grown up!

Seymour Tournament

At the beginning if August Bayleigh's softball team participated in a Back to School Bash Tournament in Seymour. It was the first time she's ever participated in a tournament like that and she did well. The team did well. They finished second overall. Here's the pics!
