Brothers of the Sun Tour 7.28.12

Saturday, July 28th, 2012, Kim and I went to Lucas Oil Stadium to see the Brother's of the Sun Tour with Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney. Jake Owen and Grace Potter and the Nocturnals opened the amazing show! Prior to the show starting Kim and I were walking up to Lucas Oil and low and behold, there was Tim working out in the parking lot! He really is HOT!

Cincy Zoo 7.27.12

Friday, July 27th, 2012 we went to the Cincinnati Zoo with our neighbor Lydia and her two children Makayla and Dakota. The Cincy Zoo is AMAZING! It is so big and the animals are very different than those here at our Indy Zoo. I can't wait to go back!

Last Game of the Season

Tonight, Monday, July 9th, 2012, was Bayleigh's last 2012 Waldron Little League game. It was actually the tourney game.
We finished third, last, in the league, but let me just say-Steve is an amazing coach! To see the girls learning the game because he actually took the time to coach them and to see them improve with every single game was so awesome to watch! We had the best girls and their parents ROCKED too! We won two games, but our girls are so sweet it felt like we won every time we played! I loved it! Here's some pics I took before the game and I'll post more pics later from the game and of the medal. The team pic is one my friend, that I made at the diamond, took and posted on Facebook.

Nails

Tonight I decided to paint my nails using two ideas I found on Pinterest.
First I used Vaseline and applied it to my skin around my nails and then painted them Frutti Petutie 540 by Sally Hanson.
I am horrible when it comes to painting my nails and I am very sloppy. This technique worked. After my nails dried I simply wiped the Vaseline off along with my mistakes.
Secondly, I used my scrap booking scissors and cut two pieces of tape and applied them to a few of my nails. Then I painted the exposed nail Black Out 24 also by Sally Hanson. After they were dry I peeled the tape off. This technique was OK. It was sloppier than I hoped by it may have been that I rushed it 1. By not allowing the pink to cure and 2. By not allowing the black to cure. However, it wasn't bad enough for me to erase them. :)
